Care and washing tips for Boo

Our bibs are made of high-quality materials to ensure optimal protection and longevity. To help you enjoy them for a long time, we have put together some tips for proper care and cleaning.

General care instructions

  • Regular cleaning:

    Our bibs are made of high-quality natural materials. Please make sure to always let them dry completely after use. Damp or wet textiles should not be folded or stored in closed containers, as this can lead to mold stains.

    Wash the bib regularly at 40 °C and let it dry completely in the air afterwards. Do not leave it lying around while damp – this way your bib will remain beautiful and hygienically clean for a long time.

  • Drying:

    Our bibs consist of high-quality cotton with a lovingly designed print. You can tumble dry them – however, we recommend air drying for a particularly long lifespan. High temperatures can lead to shrinking and deformation and may affect the print over time.

Washing instructions

  1. Soaking: If stains are not treated immediately, you can soak the bib for approx. 30 minutes in warm water with a little baking soda.
  2. Washing: Depending on the variant, wash the bib at a maximum of 40 °C or 60 °C in the washing machine using a mild detergent. Please do not use fabric softener, as this can impair the absorbency of the bib. You can see the temperature on the care label attached to the inside.
  3. Drying in the sun: After washing, it is best to let the bib dry in the fresh air and in the sun. Sunlight acts as a disinfectant, serves as a natural stain remover, and is especially helpful for stubborn carrot stains.
